This year Hofmann Custom Hay has close to 190 acres of fertilized hay ground under contract between Palmer and Point McKenzie, AK. We will be producing mixed grass small square bales, timothy small squares and later this year will also have round bales with a barley, timothy mix available, primarily for cows and goats.

We are very excited to be contributing to Alaska’s Food security and independence, and our goal is to be the most dependable supplier for quality, locally grown hay.

We will have hay available beginning the end of June after our first cut. We can now start taking orders and will begin accepting deposits to lock in your order.

• Weight of small square bales ranges from 45lbs to 55lbs
